CURRENT OPENINGS:

Assistant Venue Manager (Temporary): 

  • Responsibilities: Oversee operations of the venue, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.  In charge of managing event logistics, including coordination with artists, vendors, and production teams and maintaining venue cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. 
  • Requirements: Proven experience in venue management or related field, strong leadership skills, ability to deliver consistent quality in event planning and execution, and a passion for live music. Availability to work nights and weekends Wednesday-Sunday is a must (though not every night or every weekend will be required).  
  • This is a three-month role (September to mid-December) with the potential to become a more permanent position.  This is the perfect opportunity for someone with management/event/hospitality experience to test the waters of both venue management and a career within the music industry.

Venue Support Staff: 

  • Responsibilities: Coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless execution of performances, including cleaning and maintaining the venue, assisting in the setup and teardown of events, and providing hospitality service to the performers. 
  • Requirements: Willingness to pitch in as needed, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in event coordination and/or hospitality is preferred but not necessary.
