They’re a Band Beyond Description, Portland Maine’s own purveyors of Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band music. They’ve been doing it for more than 20 years, and are made up of talented musicians that have all had explorative careers, but share a love for the Dead, capturing the feel and essence of the songs and jams.

Affectionately known by their fans as “BBD,” they are one the most beloved and fiercely local Grateful Dead tribute bands in the Portland, Maine area.
