Live music from Dominic Lavoie starting at 2pm!
Singer, songwriter, and sound shaper Dominic Lavoie creates multi-hued pop rock that sits squarely in 2025 and hints at a millennial take on classic rock. Lavoie blends heartfelt lyrics with rich, textured soundscapes that linger long after the last note. He has shared the stage with renowned acts including Los Lobos, Dr. Dog, Guster, Mikaela Davis, Rayland Baxter, and Ghost of Paul Revere.
With an impressive catalog that includes seven full-length albums, two EPs, and his self- directed music film, Mariposa, Lavoie continues to push creative boundaries. His latest album, Round Trip, reunites him with Grammy-winning producer Steve Berlin (Los Lobos, Deer Tick), who also helmed Lavoie’s 2020 album, Wave With A Broken Arm.
Lavoie’s skills extend beyond recording and performing. He runs his aptly titled studio Shabbey Load, in Portland, Maine where he produces and collaborates with other artists.
Lavoie is an accomplished songwriter. His songs are published by Garry Velletri at Gilda Music and he teaches songwriting at the Maine College of Art and Design.

Our free summer concert series is back! Join us every Sunday from June 29 to August 31, 2–5pm*, for live music, great vibes, and garden-side relaxation at Vinegar Hill Music Theatre in Arundel, ME — weather permitting.
*EVENT WILL RUN 12PM – 3PM ON JULY 27TH.
What to expect at our weekly events:
- Free live music starting at 2pm, featuring talented local musicians
- Delicious eats from a rotating local food truck
- Outdoor bar with a wide range of cocktail selections
- Fully furnished garden patio space
- On-site parking available

- This event is ALL-AGES!
- Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome.
- Seating is limited — feel free to bring your own camp or beach chair. (Picnic blankets welcome in the front lawn area only).
- This is a fully outdoor event. 🌧️ Weather note: Please check our website and social media pages for any updates or cancellations due to weather.
- No outside food or drink, please.
- Live music takes place in our garden patio.
